Course contents :  
Analysis of flexibility practices and their HRM impact : to retain older workers in their job, strategic workforce management, career management, competencies management, organizational justice, organizational socialization, organizational citizenship behavior, leader-member exchange, etc.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
- To develop knowledge of students and their critical view on flexibility practices and changes encountered by workers in the work environment.

- To develop knowledge of students about HRM practices in organizational changes framework.

PSYC0022-1 Work Psychology, 30h Th, HANSEZ Isabelle
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
Student must provide a collective work, orally presented and based on a criticism of the addressed thematic.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
The course includes a part of traditional lessons and a part of private study periods to help students in their personal written work.

Syllabus including PPT presented in session + Recommended references related to specific issues

Oral examination based on the presented themes.
