| Analysis of flexibility practices and their HRM impact : to retain older workers in their job, strategic workforce management, career management, competencies management, organizational justice, organizational socialization, organizational citizenship behavior, leader-member exchange, etc. |

| - To develop knowledge of students and their critical view on flexibility practices and changes encountered by workers in the work environment.
- To develop knowledge of students about HRM practices in organizational changes framework. |
