Course contents :

| To select a job interesting to analyze and identical in content from one company to another (ex. executive secretary, human resources manager, marketing man, etc.).
To create and use a methodology to identify necessary competencies to this job and behavioural anchors included in each competency.
To elaborate and validate situational judgement tests/work sample tests (either individual or collective, either oral or written) relevant to assess each competency which has been identify. |

- How to identify the competencies relevant to a job : To develop a methodology
- How to create, develop and validate a a tool (situational judgement test or a work sample test) for assessing relevant identified competencies |
