Course contents :  
The teaching training, which is performed in an association, a company or a public body, has a double objective:
- to lead the student to make contact with the professional environment and take part in one or more concrete tasks in relationship with his/her studies (project management, team leadership, data collection and analysis, report writing, etc.)
- to lead the student to learn to observe his/her working environment and take notice of interesting social processes.
The report of the training will therefore not be limited to an activity report, but will also include a minimum sociological analysis – under a form to agree upon with the academic referent.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
The learning objectives will focus on the two elements of the object of the teaching training as identified above, but they can be multiple and will be agreed upon with the academic referent and also according to the wishes of the host organization.
Non-exhaustive list: team leadership, data collection and analysis, PowerPoint presentation, meeting conduct, etc.

Assessment methods and criteria :  
The student will have to find a training sponsor (teacher or trainer) within the ISHS Institute who will be his academic referent. The latter will assess a training report of about 20 pages according to the general criteria of the pedagogical commitment presented here. The academic referent can take into account the opinion of the responsible person in the host organization. Specific assessment criteria will have been communicated to the student before the beginning of the teaching training.

The teaching training has a value of 9 credits, i.e. theoretically 216 working hours, report writing included. In agreement with his/her academic referent, the student will make sure that the scope of the teaching training meets the expectations of the host organization.
The teaching training can only begin after the training agreement of the ISHS Institute has been signed by the academic referent, the student and the responsible person of the host organization.
To be valid, this signature must take place within the time limits of the official schedule of the ISHS.
