Recommended or required readings :
 |
| The student will compile a reading portfolio that allows him/her to carry out successfully different tasks related to his/her training (activities, projects, report, etc.). His/her pedagogical tutor may recommend some further reading. |
 |
Assessment methods and criteria :
 |
| The student's activities will be assessed starting with a personal report, the traineeship report and the evaluation form submitted by the supervisor. The final grade is awarded by the pedagogical tutor.
The student's approach during his/her traineeship is intended to build a research/action approach around an issue grounded in the context of the work arising from the field. To do this, the student should identify a specific question or a concrete problem linked to the context of the traineeship, analyse it and formulate possible solutions. The traineeship report should thus take account of the means of intervention implemented or suggested, obstacles encountered, new issues that were raised during the action, and contemplate critically and reflectively on the conditions of implementation of a professional action in the targeted sector. |

Duration
The duration of the 2nd year traineeship equals 9 ECTS. These credits cover on-site presence, the traineeship report and any necessary research work. These 9 credits are equal to 216 hours (9ECTS*24 hours) of work. By way of illustration, this represents 15 to 20 days of on-site presence.
The traineeship timetable will be determined in collaboration with the host organisation, taking into account the content of the tasks as agreed between the contracting parties: pedagogical tutor (representing ISHS), student and traineeship supervisor (representing the host organisation).
