This course covers the following topics:
  • definition of an HRIS, components, challenges, ...
  • Private sector / public service
  • overview of some existing solutions, comparison specific tools / generalistic tools (ERP)
  • procurement process and implementation of HRIS
  • practical cases
Learning outcomes of the course :  
The objective of this course is to familiarize students with the various components of an HRIS and the process of implementation.

Lectures, presentation of case studies, group work.
