- · know and understand the basic theories and concepts in diversity management
- · know and understand the social issues linked with diversity within organizations
- · know and understand the political issues influencing diversity management
- · analyze and understand the relations between diversity management and HRM issues in order to solve a concrete management issue
- · research the information needed to solve a problem linked to diveristy manage ment and to present this information adequately
- · work within a team
- · assess critically political, economic and business information on diveristy management at national and international levels
- · develop a global vision
- · demonstrate a sense of synthesis
- · communicate orally
- · identify ethical and responsible behavior in organizations linked with diversity
