Course contents :  
To introduce the food industry economy through consideration of each sector successively.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
To analyse from an economic point of view all the activities linked to the food chair in a giver society.
After completing the course the student is expected to
Analyse the economic activities which take part in food function
Understand the stakes of the food policies
Criticize various cases of food strategies
