Course contents :  
The aim of the seminar is one introduction to the functions of the human ressources (recruitement, sélection, trraining, evaluation, mobility). Some elements about team management, meeting, communication and negociation, stress management and one introduction to project management will also introduced. The situation in some sectors (maisons de repos) willl be presented.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
- To know the aspects of the Hr
- To define the aspects of HR in different organisations (links with the course about organizations)
- To understand advantages and sifficulties of HR
- To understand the specific situation in some domains
- Capacity of analyze and of critical judgment in the analyze of one specific situation
- Reasearch and analyze of one scientific article , links with the course
- Capacity of team work
- Capacity to communicate, to negociate, to manage one team meeting and to manage the stress
- Capacity of auto-anlysis of the learning
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
- Active listening, présentation concepts and theory (reception-exploration)
- Research of one situation to explore and analyze
- Team work (3-4 students)
- Create one questionaryand make the survey
- Create a list of points for the observation
- Orale presentation
- Research of one scientific article. Analysis
- Write one analysis report
- Exercice of communication, negociationn, team management and meeting in small groups (25-30 students)
- Particpation and observation of roles plays. Analysis.

- Write on individual auto-analysis report

Distance follow up about the analysis of the situation and the HRin the institution
