Course contents :  
After a general review of metabolism in aging, specific needs are detailed with particular caution to the risk factors of malnutrition in aging.

1) Safety at work and risk assessment
2) Fire safety and prevention in health care institutions
3) Health surveillance and main health hazards in hospitals
4) Stress and psychosocial aspects of work
5) Ergonomics methodology and case applications
One site visit in a regional hospital with discussion with the management
