| The aims of the course is for the student to get practical training in the field. |
|
Learning outcomes of the course :
|
|
- Enhancing the student observation capability regarding a geomorphological landscape;
- Enhancing the student description capability of landforms and deposits in the field;
- Capability to do geomorphic mapping at the relevant scale and to adapt charting standards to the studied site;
- Capability to choose and apply field techniques, description and sampling in the field;
- Capability to analyze field data and to do a synthetic geomorphological interpretation;
- Capability to write a synthetic field report and to present the obtained results

- Prérequis: cours de géologie générale (2e bac géogr.), d'introduction à la géomorphologie (2e bac géogr.), de géologie du Quaternaire (2e bac géogr.), de géomorphologie fluviatile (3e bac, 1er master géogr.), de géomorphologie climatique (1er master géogr.), de morphotectonique et volcanisme (1er master géogr.), de géomorphologie littorale (1er master géogr.), de méthodes d'étude des dépôts continentaux (1er master géogr.), de "séminaires" (1er master géogr.)
- Corequis: cours de géomorphologie dynamique (2e master géogr.), de sédimentologie (X master géogr.)

30% sur la presentation orale
