Course contents :  
The course is focused on the strategic dimension of HRM policies developed in modern organizations. It tends to explain the diversity of HRM practices according to two main theories : the contingent theory which highlights the multiple contextual influences and the political approach which puts the emphasis on power games in HRM.

Appropriation of operational analytical tools enabling the students to understand the human aspects of management.
