Course contents :

| The course is focused on the strategic dimension of HRM policies developed in modern organizations. It tends to explain the diversity of HRM practices according to two main theories : the contingent theory which highlights the multiple contextual influences and the political approach which puts the emphasis on power games in HRM. |
