Course contents :  
Elements to be taken into account for an integrated and participative management in basin into a context of sustainable development Analysis of IWRM models (Integrated Water Resources Management) and case studies in the European and local scale, applications in the developping countries
Learning outcomes of the course :  
To supply methodological elements of analysis of IWRM models in the Developping countries To prepare the students for missions of coordination relative to the elaboration and to the implementation of IWRM programmes into the Developping countries
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
No prerequisites
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
Examination of concrete cases of IWRM models; visits; meetings with actors of the water; multidisciplinary integrated exercises; practical exercises in the context of the Developping countries

Theoretical Course (12 hours) Practical exercices (12 hours): case studies; visits; IWRM in the Developping countries

Powerpoint Presentations; Internet references and biblio; examples of IWRM programmes in developping countries
