Course contents :  
The seminar focuses on a environmental managment problem. It includes : - a preliminary work of understanding and contact with the field work - a field research on a small region - writing a collective report
Learning outcomes of the course :  
1. Theoretical an practical skills of "patrimonial audit" 2. Analysis and synthesis of research results
3.Ability to conduct field research 4. Ability to team work.

Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
Part 1 Desk analysis on the case study. Definition of themes to be studied, of actors to be interviewed, appointments) Part 2 Field inquiry in the case region. Students meet - alone or by group- local actors. The group discuss results each day? Part 3. Synthesis of research results. Writing of the report.

Evaluation rest on 3 reports : - public report (33%)
- research report(66%)
- professional report (reflexive report)

This seminar is a residential one and implies travelling to a French region for one week. Students will participate to the accomodation and travel costs (about 200 euros).
