Course contents :  
The theoretical course will approach the following topics:
- introduction about physical training;
- trainers' jobs;
- the rules of training;
- the organization of a session;
- stretchings;
- the athletic education and the coordination;
- the core;
- the aerobe;
- the muscular strengthening.
The practical lessons are organized during the whole year and aim to present various parts of a session: the warm-up, the body of lesson, and the recovery.

Develop the basic knowledge and skills in the physical training.
