Course contents :
After presenting the reflective process to develop when considering any form of training, the course rpésentera how to adapt the various components of the drive to different contexts: - Drive chains.. - Training of speed. - Strength training. - Training of flexibility.
The course continues by mentioning the specifics of the main driving situations and presenting concrete examples of training: - The characteristics of athletic sports. - The characteristics of aquatic sports. - The peculiarities of sports. - The characteristics of the gymnastic sports. - The peculiarities of sports cyclists. - The peculiarities of combat sports. - The characteristics of the training school. - The characteristics of the fitness environment.
Ten practical sessions will be conducted to illustrate the practical notions Quotes: - The cladding: the basics. - The cladding: dynamic and responsive work. - Physical evaluation in context. - Specific muscle work. - Adjust the heating and stretching depending on the context. - Working the specific speed. - The work of the endurance depending on the context. - The intermittent work (integration in a team sport). - The intermittent work (strengthening specific muscle and VMS).
Students will conduct workshops on composition and planning a training in specific situations. One of the situations will be presented to the whole class.
Students will carry out a sponsorship of a student in 1 BSM which will aim to improve the physical qualities.
Learning outcomes of the course :
The aim of the course "Conceptualization" is to integrate training concepts, evaluation and planning developed in the second and third tray SM to apply them in different training contexts.
It will focus initially on the analytical approach of the training context. The focus will be on: - The population concerned. - The characteristics of the sport. - The traditional methods of training. - The existing means. - The set reasonable goals. - The constraints of context.
From the various elements highlighted, a reflexive approach will be used to determine how to construct types sessions and an intelligent programming.
The practical work will develop a reflective approach to any development of training.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :
Upstream: Basics of athletic training (3 BSM) and Déterminants of athletic performance (2 BSM).
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :
The course will explore the different facets of training. The reflexive approach exposed during the course and stimulated during exercises should enable students to consider the physical training in any sporting context.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :
See vademecum.
Recommended or required readings :
From the teacher.
Assessment methods and criteria :
The theoretical examn is divided into two sessions. The first part is a written test comprising a series of open questions. The answers require a mixture of sports knowledge and reflection. The second part takes place a day or two later and consists in an oral examination. Students have the opportunity to improve their rating. It does not fluctuate more than two points from the written note. Written questions are asked and addressed by teachers who provided the course. At oral, only the course' holder is present and asks the students.
The practical assessment is done on various criteria: class attendance, motivation and quality of work, testing on functional training.
Theoretical notes account for 67%, practice note 33%. Less than 8/20 in either party rating implies a final score of less than 8/20.
