Course contents :
 |
| Choosing a question directly linked to their teaching/coaching experiences, students will develop and experiment a pedagogical innovation or implement a short action research. this approach will let them to mobilize knowledge and competencies acquired during their programme. Their objective will consist to verify the effectiveness of their action on the field. this reflective approach will arrive to the production of a report in which the student will present a short theoretical support, the method and the main findings. Finally, he will underline the impact of his/her action. Students will exchange their experiences during a public workshop organised at the end of the academic year. They will present their work proposing a poster. Theoretical course comprizes several sessions allowing students to identify their project and to select the appropriate tools. A regular follow up is planned in order to help the students to achieve their objectives. |

Learning outcomes of the course :

| - To allow students to implement a project aiming to answer to a practical question.
- To use scientific acquisitions in the perspective of changing the practice. |

Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :

| The course "Introduction to intervention analysis" (MSM1) represents the starting point. |
 |
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :
 |
| It consists mainly on seminars and/or meetings during which students have the opportunity to help them to reach the requirements. These activities can be individualized. |
 |
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :
 |
| The course is planned on the whole academic year as it requires a practical application. After several consecutive sessions, activities are planned with larger intervals to let time to the students to implement their project. The planning of the session is provided at the beginning of the academic year. |

| A pdf version of all documents proposed during the session is posted on the Website myULg. Students will also receive a list of recommended readings. |

Assessment methods and criteria :
 |
| It will focus on the quality of the report as well as on the presentation of the project/action research (poster). |
