The teaching and practice of the procedure
development and the drafting of normative acts of
legislative or regulatory nature. |

| Mastery of the fundamental elements of normative acts (procedure, structural elements, using formulas legislative drafting) |

| Knowledge of the the fundamental elements of constitutional law and administrative law in Belgium |

| Oral lessons and practical exercises to prepare before the lesson-correction followed by a public discussion |
