Course contents :  
The course is held every even year (2014-2015, 2016-2017...).
Various topics in corporate law are studied in details, such as contractual adaptation of the legal regime, resolving shareholders disputes, assignements of compagnies, etc. From one year to the other, the emphasis may be put on one of these questions.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Thanks to this course, students should master the legal issues studied. They will also be able to find their way by themselves in the moving landscape of corporate law. Finally, they will be able to develop a personal analysis in the field.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
To have successfully passed a course in corporate law.

Reading assignments enabling discussions in class.
