Course contents :  
The course is designed as a progressive initiation to scientific research within the field of communication studies. More precisely, it tends to help students' conception and realisation of their own TFE.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
1) Mastering methods of scientific research within the field of communication studies ; 2) mastering the forms and restraints of the TFE.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
1) General presentation of the methods of research in comunication studies ; 2) reading and reviewing of significant scientific papers ; 3) gradual conception of the TFE project.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
Recommended or required readings :  
Students will have to read and review at home a wide range of scientific papers.
Assessment methods and criteria :  
Evaluation of the students' reviewings and final evaluation of the TFE project
