Learning outcomes of the course :  
Presenting to students in agricultural section the main industries and technologies in food excepted the dairy technology and industry
After completing the course the student is expected to
- understand the process and their technologies of the main plant products processing indsutries,
- identify the requirements of these industries in terms of raw materials supplying for an optimal development of the agricultural resources.
