Course contents :

| The integrated project of mechanical engineering aims at developing the students' ability to carry out a design project from idea and conceptual design to prototyping and pre manufacturing steps.
This course at extending the education of mechanical engineering students in providing elements of technology and giving them the tools and methodology to fetch the missing knowledges when necessary.
The students will have to solve a open design problem in a group of two students.
The project will be basd on:
- Theroretical lectures by university members
- Seminars given by field experts generally from industry
- Practical training such as lab session and visits of plants

Assessment methods and criteria :

| The integrated mechanical project will be assessed as follows:
- Intermediate evaluation at Xmass or january: 30%
- Oral presentation of the final project in June: 30%
- Final technical report and prototype: 40%
The project will also be monitored by intermediate milstones at mi point of quadrimester. |

| Presence to 75% of the supervised works is mendatory to pass the exam.
