Course contents :

| The evaluation of the leanings is an essential skill for teacher and trainer. It is closely linked to the way is globally thought the training or the education.
At the moment, deep changes generate a transformation of the ways the evaluation is thought and practiced, in particular in the sector of adults' training. For instance, the development of an approach by skills arouses numerous questions for the evaluation. The course will be the opportunity to treat questions connected) to this evolution. |

Learning outcomes of the course :

| At the end of the course, the student will be able:
- To analyze a situation of evaluation replaced in its context of training considering foundations, objectives, objects and modalities of implemenation;
- To identify and to differentiate the different skills in the situation of evaluation (knowledges, capacities, attitudes, performances, skills, etc.);
- To design and to formulate improvements for a situation of evaluation, including its conception, its implementation and its evaluation, by justifying their foundations. |

Planned learning activities and teaching methods :

| Every student identifies a training or teaching situation where the question of the evaluation is raised. He/she can use a situation of another course. He can also contact a teacher or a trainer interested to question the situation of evaluation.
The student conceives, formalizes and proposes méthodes of evaluation which could be implemented in the chosen situation and justify his(her) choices by the resources provided during the course and by making personal researches which are made available for the professor.
In case the student established a collaboration with a teacher or a trainer, he/she will give a feedback of his/her work and he/she will discuss his/her proposals with this teacher/trainer.
In the term of the work, he/she evaluates the implemented approach and proposes principles for its transfer in other situations of training or teaching. |

| A portfolio including articles and bibliographical list for possible deepenings will be put at the disposal of the students. The PowerPoint or other documents used during the courses will be put at the disposal of the students via MyULg. |
