| This seminar aims to accompany students in a concrete organizational research (defining their methodology, analyzing the collected data analysis, writing a report) through a collective survey. Large organizations (industries at risk, NGOs and collective networks, abour court, hospital, school, firms, university, etc.).
Thus, after an initial introduction to the sociology of organized action and its specific methodology, the groups of two or three students will choose a "field" of investigation. This collective survey will be based on fifteen semi-structured interviews.
Two seminars of four hours will consist of a supervision of the data analysis (how to make some assumptions?) and their progressive integration in a report of investigation.
A fourth session will be devoted to the presentation and discussion of collective investigation reports. |
