Course contents :

| Survey of the evolution of literary genres, study of the major authors and cultural currents in Dutch literature, from 1880 until the 20th century. |

| Familiarizing the students with the history of Dutch literature since 1880 and with its context
Improving the students' literary and cultural competences, and of their understanding of the mechanisms of literary evolution and historiography. |

| Good notions of spoken and written Dutch. |
