Course contents :

| The course adapts to the other modules in accordance with the modalities described under the heading "pre-requisites and Corequisites".
This course will cover new concepts and will ensure the integration of the concepts studied in the other modules and which will contribute to construct the development project. The participants will draw from all the resources placed at their disposal in order to select the activities and priority concepts to help them to achieve objectives.
The methods of personal development aim to help the participants to gain a better experience daily company life and adopt an efficient approach to communication.
Emphasis will be placed on the construction of a project of personal development based on needs and the post occupied in the current organization/company. The project aims to establish priorities in the career path of the participants and to set positive objectives for the participants and their employer. The project must therefore be well thought-out, practical, realistic and well-argued internally also.
The personal involvement and reflexivity of the participants are essential in order to achieve the goals of the module.
The course will be based notably on transactional analysis which will make it possible to better accompany individual change and identify strategies for the success or failure of all the participants.
In addition, participants can take an online test in order to obtain their team role profile based on the Belbin method (certified contributor in this field). |

Learning outcomes of the course :

| The participants will be more capable of :
- Identifying restrictive messages which prevent them from acting and/or changing the notion of "driver".
- Transforming these messages into permission to increase their autonomy.
- Developing win-win relationships with their interlocutors and adopting a positive mindset towards change.
- Better understanding their emotions which can be a source of tension both internally and externally.
- Decoding their sources of personal stress and the causes of passive behavior in order to gain greater professional efficiency
- Identifying areas where knowledge is lacking to gain a better understanding of the field.
- Communicating the signs of recognition in a company.
- Understanding their preferential roles in a team and the potential for development.
- Assessing the requirements of their current post and envisaging potential changes.
- Setting personal and professional development objectives.
- Gaining a better grasp of personal and professional development activities
- Executing their action plans
- Gaining a better grasp of the advantages of individual coaching in the implementation of their projects.

| The other modules of the certificate will represent the prerequisites and Corequisites for the construction of a personal and professional development project :

Flexibility: how to define one's own individual strategy while taking account of the strategy of the company, getting to know oneself better thanks to the Luminaspark profiles, the adaptation and application of analysis tools for marketing, and one's own development and position within the company.

Leadership and teamwork: Understanding the techniques of assertiveness and conflict-management to state one's project with regard to oneself and others, understanding the foundations of the Belbin method in order to understand the Belbin profile of one's role in a team, having a coaching approach and the principles associated with this, integrating the management skills and team-work learned during the definition of one's project of personal development.

Interpersonal relationships and cultural diversity: using concepts and beliefs in order to understand the levers for action and exercising restraint in the application of one's project, integrating an action plan developed during a more global development project, being ready and flexible to change and understanding one's resistance to better communicate and adapt.

- Numerous exchanges between the participants and the contributor in order to co-construct the learning process.
- Work in sub-groups and on an individual basis with the active participation of the observers.

- Exercises based on the experience of the participants.

| Reading material is suggested with a view to personal development and is not obligatory. According to individual needs and difficulties, the contributor will advise each participant on the books which could assist them in their personal and professional evolution.
The course materials will be distributed during each session and/or will be electronically accessible: synthesis notes and PowerPoint presentations.

- Several face-to-face evening and Saturday sessions.
- The June sessions will be devoted to the creation and analysis of personal and professional projects. This work will also involve 5 hours of work at home.
- To guarantee the efficiency of the face-to-face work, it is imperative that the work and questions suggested between sessions are carried out by the students.
