| The multidisciplinary seminar is the final essay.
Students have an alternative:
-either they make a written (thirty pages) on a specific topic that declines the general theme of the year. They will then present this work to all the teachers of the Master and to all students in a seminar. This work will be judged from the point of view of substance and form, up to 2/3 on the basis of written and 1/3 on the basis of the oral presentation and active participation in the final seminar. A specific document defines the detailed rules of the TFE;
-either students take part in a "Tax garme", organized in partnership with Deloitte : in groups of three or four, they will have to deal a casus involving complex issues of income taxes, VAT and registration fees. They will prepare written with different contents and recipients (response to a notice of correction IR, response to a notice of regularization VAT, consultation for the CEO, etc.).. At the end of the academic year, they will defend their case in front of representatives of Deloitte and to two professors of the Master. |

Learning outcomes of the course :

| The objective of the seminar is to teach students how to deal with practical problems in tax law and face rigorous new questions. Students learn to write and speak with the precision required by tax law. In addition, the seminar aims to arouse the student an open mind to other subjects that deal with a specific topic. |

Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :

| The seminar will be entering the end of the course, the prerequisite involves proper assimilation of courses throughout the year.
If split over two years, the multidisciplinary seminar will to be followed the second year. |

| In case of choosing the Tax Game, upgrading seminars are planned. |

| Considering the specificity of the seminar, no course notes are planned. |

Assessment methods and criteria :
 |
| Students are assessed at the end of their oral and written presentation of the subject. The jury will pay particular attention to the contacts students have initiated in the field.
The evaluation procedures are specifically set out in the regulations, respectively TFE and Tax Game. |
