Course contents :  
The course consists of a in-depth study of themes related to collective labour law, and more specific of undertakings in difficulties and in restructuring: social dialogue (joint committee and at enterprise level), legal status of CLA, transfer of undertaking, collective dismissal, bankruptcy, closing of undertaking, law on the continuity of undertakings.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
At the end of the class, students are familiarized with some of the major issues of collective labour law.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
The course is based on participative teaching methods. Students are encouraged to prepare the relevant cases before each course and take an active part in it.

The course is given during the second semester, on Tuesday afternoons.
