| In the section on business law, Alain Deliège will first consider the constitution of a company, the various amendments that may be made to its articles of association (capital, corporate purpose, convertible bonds, etc.), its liquidation and the merger, de-merger or transfer operations of the totality and of a branch of activity. Second, the sale of the company, as exercised by a legal or a natural person, will be examined in contractual terms. |
