Course contents :  
- Policy about well-being at work, including policy about mobbing at work

- Internal and external services for well-being and stress prevention

- Theoretical concepts and theories including occupational stress, psychosocial risks, mobbing, burnout, job engagement

- Evaluation methods of psychosocial risks and job stress including the WOCCQ methodology

- Project management as far as psychosocial risks are concerned

- Stress management and stress prevention interventions
Learning outcomes of the course :  
- To be able to use the Belgian policy about well-being at work, the constraints for the employer, the internal and external structures of the organization that have to deal with this topic

- To know the concepts of well-being at work and the tools of risks assessment.

- To be able to choose the right stress management interventions according to the diagnosis of psychosocial risks at work

- To train the students to criticize for different interventions proposed to the organizations.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
A part of this course will be used for learning the 'WOCCQ' methodology for psychosocial diagnosis through e-learning
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
The course will include a part for traditional lessons (10 lessons of 2 hours). The other part will include the e-learning part (+/- 20 working hours).
Recommended or required readings :  
Syllabus including written notes, slides, a list of reference and examples of tools for evaluating psychosocial risks.
Assessment methods and criteria :  
Evaluation of the e-learning session (group report and oral presentation)
Written exam in January
Oral exam in September
