Course contents :  
The course presents three main subjects:
- continuous teacher training expected effects, organization forms and difficulties ; - school innovations definitions, aims, issues ; - relationships between continuous teacher training and school innovations.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Confront existing device of upgrading training for teachers. Articulate spheres and practices of " continous teacher training " and "school innovation".

Assessment methods and criteria :  
1. The students will be requested to pen a document synthesizing the thoughts and reflections addressed during the course about continuous teacher training expected effects, organization forms and difficulties and about relationships between continuous teacher training and school innovations.
2.a. Students who already took an oral examination with B. Mouvet choose one of the two modes of assessment listed below: - oral examination: the student will be expected to present his document to B. Mouvet and discuss it with her; - written examination: the student must hand in his document, for the purpose of assessment, to B. Mouvet, who will decide whether to summon the student for an interview, prior to committing herself to a definitive mark. 2.b.Students who never took an oral examination with B. Mouvet must take an oral examination.
Work placement(s) :  
A compulsory training is associated to the course. Students experience a continuous teacher training C.R.E.S.A.S. device and give a continuous training session to their fellow students.
