Course contents :  
Detailed analysis of the poetry of Hans Faverey, one of the most important poets of postwar Dutch literature.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Improving the skills of students at analysing modern literary texts in Dutch.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
Good command of spoken and written Dutch.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
Introduction to Faverey's life and work. Analysis of poems drawn from different stages in Faverey's development.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
Lectures, followed by individual presentations and collective discussions of selected poems.
