Course contents :

| This course is held every odd year (2013-2014, 2015-2016...). Going to courts is the classic way of resolving disputes. The course - Arbitration and alternative dispute resolution - deals with the alternative ways which are developing every day.
First it will be necessary to define them and make the necessary distinctions (arbitration, negotiation, mediation, conciliation, mini-trial, etc.). It is then possible to study their legal regime. |

Learning outcomes of the course :

| The purpose of the course is to enable the students to determine, in consideration of the circumstances of a case, what is the best way to resolve a dispute.
The main focus will be on arbitration. |
