Course contents :  
The course is divided into two parts. In the first part, Christine Biquet teaches mortgage credit regulation, especially the Law of 4 August 1992. References are made to the law of obligations, in particular to the concepts of loan, credit, etc. In the second part of the course, Pierre Joisten teaches how to assemble a mortgage credit file and how to draft a notarized mortgage credit contract.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Students must be able to understand the different types of mortgage credits as well as to prepare the relevant legal documentation
