Course contents :  
For a few years now, the public sector is getting into a real revolution in terms of management practices. This training course is aiming to introduce the major tools, approaches, principles, methodologies... linked to performance management in the public sector. Here are some of the titles of the table of contents :
  • Introduction
  • Performances and public sector
  • The well-known theories of performance management (concept of change management, performance measuring tools, cultural and psychological aspects...)
  • Case studies
Learning outcomes of the course :  
During the training, the students will
  • get a clear view of the theoretical models linked to performance management
  • get a clear view of the tools, methodologies, processes of the performance management
  • get more apprehension in this matter in a theoretical as well as a pramatical way by using case studies from the public environment
  • be more prepared to start using the logics of measuring performances with which they will be probably confronted in their future professional life
