Course contents :  
This seminar is devoted to the art of the argumentation on topical issues. Sometimes, they will incarnate the role of the Minister wishing to promote a particular policy in a precise field, sometimes they will take the role of a member of the opposition dismounting the argumentation of the Minister.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
The objective is to allow the students, during an original exercise, to show rigour as for political, administrative, sociological and legal dimensions of problems, but also of originality and spirit of synthesis in the construction and presentation of the argument
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
Sessions are organized round two debates.
Each session will take 2 hours.
Each hour will be organised as followed: -Minister (8 min) -Opposition's leader (8 min) -Journalist (1min 30) -Majority (6 min) -Opposition (6 min) -Journalist (1min 30) -Debriefing
Assessment methods and criteria :  
The evaluation will be based on the students' participation, the correction of a breve note handed in December and on the final exam in January.
