Course contents :  
Legal German
Learning outcomes of the course :  
At the end of the course students will have a better command of legal German. They will have improved their oral communication skills. They will be better prepared to give efficient oral presentations.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
Conversation exercises and language exercises based on legal texts or legally oriented texts.
Each student will give an oral presentation.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
Face-to-face teaching
This 15-hour course is taught 1,5 hours a week during 10 weeks.
Students are expected to prepare their lessons and to participate actively in class.
Recommended or required readings :  
The teaching materials will be handed out in class.
Assessment methods and criteria :  
No examination will be held for this course since its main target is to provide students with the oral communication skills they need to succeed in their law exams. However, any attendance inferior to 75 per cent will be brought to the examination jury's attention.
