Initiation into the use of Word.
Initiation into the use of InDesign.
Initiation into the rules and customs of french typography.

To allow the students to learn how to set correctly texts.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
One exercice in the year, a short scientific paper to set as correctly as possible.

A printed handbook about rules and customs of french typography.
Assessment methods and criteria :  
No oral examination.

Examination consists of the page setting of a short scientific paper. Students must set it following the typographical rules.
