Analytical approach of the needs of ressources in the organization

Legal rules about recruitment & selection



Presentation of a any tools and critical analysis
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Comprehension of a labor market and specifications according to the areas
Answers to penury problematics and anticipation of the new needs of competencies.

Respect of the rules and the deontology about appplicants and process.

Know better the methods for a good and realistic selection Choose good tools for selection
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
a course about operational HRM or social law
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
Resarch on individual way or with small groups. Topics prefixed begin coruse.
Theorical or practical subject with written rapport to present (2/3 of the final evaluation)
