Course contents :  
Initially dedicated to the analysis of belgian social law and the social security acts, the content includes now presentation of a few HR tools and also, the actual rules about recruitment and selection.
The different authorized positions of the work force, the rules in case of suspension reorganization or dismiss of the worker are analyzed and developped.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Familiarize with the different juridical status, agreements and possible contracts in the world of labor force.
Learn adequate terms and prepare a contract with standard clauses or special adequate conditions
Manage a work relationship, her suspension and breaking off with respect of social law.
Integrate the necessary procdeures for administration and payment assignations.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
Some basic knowledge about social law and social relationship in UE or Belgium.

Written examen for each student with 10 questions, theoretical or mini case studies.
