Course contents :  
This course is organized after an introduction on level of 2 e BAC and has as main objective to familiarize to the tools in the operative box of the HRM

These tools will help to consolidate the organization (mapping, job structure, job analysis, job profiling, previsional charts ...)or to promote the internal motivation (job evaluation, yearly personal evaluation, remuneration policy, management by objectives ....)

Rules and different recommandations will also be given of budgeting and cost controlling of wages and social costs.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Discover, analyze and use any strategic tools or utilitary bridges in HR about
- management of competencies acquizition
- financial stimulation of these cometencies
- development of competencies
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
Introduction to the HRM or people management course.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
During the semester, applicants will be invited to participate (alone or in small groups) to 5 case studies maximum organized (on a free way) apart the course.
The working papers deal with problems of organization of the social function, a case of job analysis, an analysis of a restructuration or the redaction of a job opportunity ; alsoa calculation of cost rates on wages.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
1. Methodology :

A1 cursus ex cathedra and lectures of files

A3 : case studies to resolve alone or in small groups

2. Planification of the course :

30 h with 12 x2 hours course and saldo for preparation

3. Ventilation of the charge

A1 course of lecturer : 24 h

A3 case studies : 24 h

E2 : active Participation ot the 5 case studies introduced on the oral course : 25 %
