Course contents :  
The course is focused on the strategic dimension ofHRM policies developed in modern organizations. It tends to explain the diversity of HRM practices which refer to two main theories : the contingent therory which highlights the multiple contextual influences and the political approach which puts the emphasis on power games in HRM.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Appropriation of operational analytical tools enabling the students to understand the human aspects of management.

On-going evaluation, case study, written exam + personal assignment 100%
