Course contents :  
This course aims at providing the students in the profession of notary with complementary knowledge in the Law of Property, such as the co-ownership in appartments buildings, surface right and emphyteosis.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
This course aims at implementing the basic knowledge in the Law of Property in order to develop search and analysis skills, but also creative minding.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
Law of property. 3 bac
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
Ex cathedra lessons.One lesson/week, first semester.
Recommended or required readings :  
code civil and other legal dispositions are necessary. Detailled plan.
