Learning outcomes of the course :
 |
| This course gives an overview of the functionnal properties of the micro-organisms and their use at an industrial level. After completing the course the student is expected to - to understand function of micro-organisms - to propose alternatives to the chemical synthesis by exploiting the potentialities of the micro-organisms |
