| Determination of the biological value of protein sources in the rat and the human |

Learning outcomes of the course :
 |
| The main objective is to illustrate by laboratory measurements and an animal experiment some of the fundamental principles in human and animal feeding and nutrition. The secondary objective is to train the student to write and to present a scientific report.
After completing the course the student is expected to be able to mobilize an experimental design and to synthetize and review the results of an experiment in the field of the animal feeding and nutrition |

| During the animal experiment (4 weeks), one student per group must be present (1 to 1,5 h) daily in the Centre d'Essais des Productions Animales (CEPA). |
