Course contents :  In Master in Human Resources Management's first year, the students will have to do an internship equivalent to 12 ECTS. In the second year, the students will have to carry out a second internship equivalent to 9 ECTS and a dissertation.

This seminar's will aim to provide to the students essentials methodological and theoretical resources in order to use these in their various works.
Course objective :  The goal is to teach a theoretical and methodological background specific to the area of the human resources management's analyze. Reflexivity and research skills will be developed with the students in order to allow them to achieve their different works (first year's internship, second year's internship and dissertation).
Prerequisites :  None
Written notes :  Various documents will be available during the year. In addition, two books are considered as "reference books" and appear as essential resources for the students during their two years of master in human management:



METZGER J-L, BENEDETTO-MEYER M., Gestion et sociétés. Regards sociologiques, L'Harmattan, 2008. SEGRESTIN D., Les chantiers du manager, Armand Collin, 2004.
Assessment :  L'évaluation de l'étudiant se réalise à travers deux modalités: 1. La réalisation d'une fiche de lecture Les étudiants devront réalisé une "fiche de lecture" d'un ouvrage. Les modalités pratiques seront expliquées au cours.
2. Written examination.
This examination will test students on different skills learned along the year, especially creation and development of a research process in the human resources management's analyze.
