Course contents :  The objective of this teaching is the training of the student to the formulation in terms of composition, manufacture and evaluation based on physicochemical and biopharmaceutical knowledge previously acquired.
Course objective :  The objective of this practical work is to integrate by the personal laboratory work of the student all the problems related to the formulation, the manufacture and the control of the dosage forms on the basis of knowledge obtained with the theoretical course of Pharmaceutical Technology and Biopharmacy. The attention is particularly drawn to the follow-up of Good Manufacturing Practice. During this practical work, the students realize dosage forms and individually carry out the exercises or by group of 4. For the majority of the requested work, the student are brought to make personal research. A detailed attention is given to work of group.
Prerequisites :  Physico-chemical principles applicated to Pharmaceutical Technology.
Organization :  approximately 3 half-days per week in six-month period 8
Written notes :  A laboratory manual and the FTM are distributed to the students
Assessment :  Written examination and practical evaluation
