Course objective :  
Legislations and administrative procedures

The module 5 treats more particularly questions bound to the knowledge of the Walloon and Brussels regulations, to the importance of the international insitutions (ICOMOS, UNESCO, Council of Europe, ICROM, etc.); the questions of the laws of procurement contracts and in the respect for the standards applied to the restoration of monuments. The objective is to make sure that these elements which apprarissent too often as externs or secondary in preservation-restoration are taken into account well in the approach of the integrated preservation which has to underlie the general approach of the heritage.
Prerequisites :  
Legislations and administrative procedures

Knowledge of the CWATUPE.
Knowledge of the laws of procurement contracts
Knowledge of the international texts
Knowledge of the mechanisms of the standards
