| Course contents : | Oral and written activities based on texts and articles dealing with psychology. Students will be required to participate actively in the course, which implies that they must have read the texts before coming to class. |

| Course objective : | Enhancing students' ability to cope with English texts dealing with topics related to their filed of epxertise (understanding, summarizing, reacting to the content).
Allowing students to speak about various topics related to psychology mainly through discussions based on the texts of the coursebook thereby improving other language skills, namely listening and speaking. |

| Prerequisites : | The level of this course corresponds to the European levels A2-B1. Students will thus need to have a good basic knowledge of English and a thorough knowledge of the vocabulary and grammar studied in the first-year course. |
 |
| Organization : | Weekly 2-hour class in a group of 25 students from February to June.
Thorough preparation is required so as to enable students to progress regularly. |
