Course contents :  This training is generally dedicated to social relationship within the enterprise, with topics such as:
* recruitment,
* selection and integration of the new managers,
* tools for skill assessment, evaluation of interests and personality,
* strategic vision and staff motivation,
* the social dialogue,
* European social policy.
This teaching is organized as a module of six conferences.
The lecturers are well known characters in the social, politic and economic world.
Each conference consists of three hours of lecture and debate, under the responsibility for the lecturer.
Course objective :  This course fits in a general training module within the curriculum for all orientations for 2nd cycle, in
order to provide the bioengineers students with a wider personal development as well as professional
skills.
After completing the course the student is expected to
- to perceive the importance of the communication, as well as the various forms which it can take, so
much within the company, at all its levels, which towards the outside world of social, academic, political
and associative sectors ;
- to take a constructive step to a company, whether it is in the field of knowledge or of the
development of human resources;
- to become aware of the importance of the dialogue and the consultation on any level of the society;
- to be able to position as well as job-seeker as like person in charge of the staff of a company.
