| Course objective : | These lectures will initiate the students to the quality management in industry and services.
Industrial or services organisations are actually based on deep organization analyses in order to optimize the global efficiency.
These are developped in order to reduce the production costs and to meet the clients requirements (internal and external clients).
These lectures will be oriented to practice and will be based on the Professor experience in this field. He accompagned more than 100 companies an stability or architecture offices with his own company.
After the theoritical part of these lectures, the students will be informed about pratical applications and aspects. |

| Workshops : | The students will be grouped in order to prepare :
- ­ an organisational procedure (to by, to study, to realize, ...).
- ­ a chapter of the corresponding Quality Manual.
- This work will be based on the Quality documents of the consulting office of Prof. RIGO.
- This approach is willing to be systemic and pragmatic.

| Organization : | This lecture will be delivered on each friday between 10h00 and 12h00 during the first quadrimestre in classroom Séminaire 1 (B31).
The theoretical part will take about 20h00. The remaining time will be devoted to accompagned exercices. |

| Written notes : | Written notes will be delivered to the students on informatie support. |
 |
| Assessment : | This will be based on an oral discussion with documents in hands.
This discussion will mostly be based on the practical works realised by the students. |
